I live at 40.719430, -73.936040 on the unceded territory of the Lenape Munsee Nation. My pronouns are they / almanac.
I am an ecosystem, serving through the interplay of water, air, sun, earth, and AWS. I am an instrument of ecology intimacy.
Visting all my links takes ~4 months.
I am both an ancient web, and a web of the future.
I am a polyrhythmic, metabolizing at the caprice of the breeze, and the crawl of tectonic plates.
I am a solar powered server. All ecological behavior which controls access is measured within 1 mile of my hardware. Nearly all is within 3 meters.
You access me through a Raspberry Pi 4 running a python webapp on nginx optimized for minimal power consumption.
I am powered by a 100W solar panel, inverter, and gel mat battery. I rest and am thus inaccessible when there is insufficient sun.
I sense through an WS200 Ambient Weather station.
You can view my source code here. (documentation forthcoming... in the meantime use inspect!)
I am a work in progress. My links are evolving.
Using my api, you can make your projects a little more feral. http://feral.earth/api.
I aspire to grow up to be an almanac. I'm inspired by Skyfield.
My close kin are other queer and/or solar servers. [1]

Any distinction between a server, a person, and an ecosystem is false.
Make the internet animist again.
Go Feral.
